The inventory is constantly changing and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and still in the same state as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
