This X135 from Dearmond by Guild features a beautiful plain maple top that is finished in a heavy gloss lacquer that captures its gold-like aesthetic. The rosewood fingerboard is very dark with very little stripes. The neck profile is more of a “C” shape with a good amount of shoulder that’s not overly chunky. The fingerboard pretty much plays itself allowing the player with the lightest touch to play with ease with little to no effort.
This Dearmond by Guild is in good condition. It shows little to no wear. At some point in its life the previous owner put an extra volume knob between the original volume and tone knobs to give it more of a vintage Gibson appearance. The knobs were changed to Gibson Gold Speed knobs.
